Paul believes in the personal approach to successful business.

Having qualified in 2011 with a top 100 Practice within East Anglia, Paul strengthened his career by relocating  to London. This move allowed him to broaden his accounting skills, together with tax and business knowledge, for a variety of individuals and companies. This ranged from general to specialist industries and from sole-traders to small companies to large group enterprises.

Whilst in the City, Paul went from being a general practising accountant into industry accountancy, working for a company within a large group of global publishers. This role exposed Paul to more areas of business than many other practising accountants would experience.

With the onset of the Covid Pandemic, Paul seized the opportunity to start up his business from scratch, starting as a sole trader. This gave him a first hand insight as to how an individual can start a business from nothing. From getting initial work, to undertaking the work, invoicing, cost management, compliance, employment and growth. This business continues to have successful growth and has recently incorporated to accommodate this expansion and to mitigate tax accordingly.

His determination to have hands on experience and not be 'textbook led' has grown his fledging sole trader accountancy business into a Limited company. PD Accountancy Limited is here to continue helping, advising and providing the high service levels he personally feels his clients deserve.
